    Included is one wild fermented Daily Organics organic scoby (approximately 10cm diameter) in the liquid starter, ready to brew your very own kombucha drink. This comes in a 2 litre glass jar, which can be used as the perfect vessel to make your first batch of kombucha. (Does not include cloth cover)

    The Scopy is huge (taking up entire circumference of jar and about 1.5 cm thick) and seems very Virile. Have made a batch already, so far so good.
